We offer a no questions asked return policy as part of our license key. We promise our software works as described on our compatibility matrix, or we will give you a refund. When you apply a mod, our software detects success or failure during activation of the feature you selected. Once you have activated any mods on your drone, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Our warranty period for hardware is valid for 90 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must request a return approval tracking number before the expiration of the warranty period.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect or improper installation. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a warranty claim. Before returning an item, please contact our support department to request a return approval tracking number.
We will provide you with detailed return shipping instructions once a return approval number is issued. You must follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays or extra duty or tax costs, which our warranty does not cover. You are responsible for all shipping costs and paperwork.
Once your return is received, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If we identify a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse you for any costs associated with return postage.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will refund, repair, or replace the product at our sole discretion, including return shipping costs if applicable.
After approval, we will process your refund by issuing a credit to the same payment source you used and updating your order in our store to reflect the return.
Some payment processors have policies to retain transaction fees, even when the customer returns goods for a refund. While we would dearly love to give you back every cent back that you paid, we cannot cover fees charged by payment processors.
